Stephen Kaung gave these messages of exhortation from the book of Hebrews in the spring of 1983 in Richmond, VA.

There are at least five distinctive exhortations, complete with encouragements and warnings in this letter. The words "let us" are in there a number of times and it means encouragement or to encourage us. Then we find the word "lest" used a number of times. Whenever that word is used, it is a warning. So, there is both the negative and the positive side. Encouragement is positive; warning is negative. The reason for these encouragements and warnings is because of the greatness of the subject, of the prospect that is found in this letter, and also because of the ease of losing it.
