Yeah.
Father, we come to You this morning. We do not come merely to the Bible, but we come to You, the living God, to speak to our hearts. We open Your Word that it may speak to our hearts of Your glorious Son, and so we give ourselves to You this morning.
Speak to our hearts. Show us Your Son. And we know that in Him we have life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
Amen. I want to begin by reading two Scriptures.
2 Samuel 5:1-3
Then all the tribes of Israel came to David at Hebron and said, “Behold, we are Your bone and flesh.
In times past, when Saul was king over us, it was You that led us out and brought in Israel.
And the Lord said to You, ‘You shall be shepherd of My people Israel; You shall be prince over Israel.’”
So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and King David made a covenant with them at Hebron before the Lord, and they anointed David king over Israel.
Revelation 11:15
Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying,
“The kingdom of the world
